Shipping Insurance and Delivery
Our delivery and returns representative ALPI UK Ltd. will deliver your purchases to you using primarily DHL or FEDEX (DPD in the UK) but could also use another designated transporter. Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the date and time of delivery to your nominated address. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Our Pre-Order function enables patrons to be part of the select few to pre-order limited edition pieces.
A pre-order period usually lasts one month unless otherwise indicated. Natural Skin Ltd reserves the right to extend or shorten the pre-order period at its sole discretion. Once a Pre-Order period is closed and the preorder accepted by the Creative Director, we will not be able to make changes to the order. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. We will try to accommodate late preorder requests, but this is purely at the discretion of the Creative Designer. As soon as the preorder has been placed and the reservation period has closed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed by the Creative Director. Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Natural Skin Ltd, and may only be refunded as a Credit on future purchases on our website.
Pre-Order payment terms : If you preorder Products, you will be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the amount due as a deposit at the time you place your order, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes where applicable. We will charge the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the amount due, plus any applicable shipping fees, and any taxes or duties owed at such time as the Product is ready for shipment. Please note that any available Site Credit will be automatically applied towards the balance of any pending orders.
Please be aware that because of the specific and exclusive nature of such transactions on our pre-order pieces, you could expect a wait period of approximately four to six (3 to 5) months between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.
